Let me tell you about myself.  I've been in the Real Estate business longer than my picture discriminates my age to be.  I was raised in Wasco...a very small town outside of Bakersfield.  I have very strong Christian values and my number one priority in this business is to be knowledgeable for my clients and very professional. 

I was recently awarded for these efforts from the Real Estate community and members of the public when I received the Rising Star award.  This award is given yearly to the chosen that excel in sales and reputation within the community and the industry.  I’ve also recently earned a prestigious Realtor designation called GRI...this stands for Graduate Realtor Institute; this designation is given to Realtors that go through an intense year long course where we are taught every detail and aspect of a Real Estate transaction, making me an expert in the field. I am a student of the Harris Real Estate University. I am a certified REO specialist.

  I believe knowledge is power and I channel this to the greater benefit of my clients.  My #1 advice to the public in choosing a Realtor is to talk to a prospective Realtor and follow your gut.  I'd love to be given the opportunity to test your gut.  Please call or write me.  On a personal note I'm bilingual...almost trilingual...I speak fluent Spanish and I'm learning German.
